Diana H. Lozano, M.D.

Dr. Lozano is an Alumnus of the University Of Norte Dame, where she was honored with the Holy Cross Award and named a Norte Dame Scholar. Dr. Lozano earned her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1993. She completed her residency in 1996 at Indiana University School of Medicine in Internal Medicine. She received her Board Certification from The American Board of Internal Medicine and is certified thru 2018.

She has been commended on her quality work and high performance and has received numerous awards and certifications for her emphasis on preventive care. She is an admitting physician for Harlingen Medical Center and Valley Baptist Medical Center. Her affiliations include Texas Medical Association, American Medical Association, American College of Physicians and is a Diplomate of American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Lozano is a 5 star physician, Has been recognized by PPRNET, Texas Health springs, and Physicians Healthchoice as a Top Performer in Quality Service. She is also a 2 Ribbon Physician with BCBS.




Lisa L. Marquez, MSN, FNP-BC

Lisa Marquez is a native of the Rio Grande Valley. She graduated from University of Texas at Pan American in 1994 with an associate’s degree in nursing worked in various aspects of nursing in the hospital including ER and OR departments. She returned to the University of Texas at Pan American and received a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing in 2003, with which she worked as a director of nurses for a home health agency and returned to pre-operative services.

In 2007, she once again attended UT at Pan American where she obtained a master’s degree in nursing in 2011. She is accredited by the American Nursing Credentialing Center as a Family Practice Nurse. She is currently working with Dr. Diana Lozano.


Sonia Cavazos, Office Manager

Sonia Cavazos is a 1986 graduate of Texas Southmost College. She has 26 yrs experience involving direct patient care as a vocational nurse and grew into supervisory roles in both the nursing and billing aspects of healthcare. She later began expanding her knowledge gaining additional experience in health management and administration of Electronic Medical Records.
